Week #43 - Sophia

Splash! Water was hitting below a tiny, mossy cottage. It was only midnight when the floods
began. All of the stores were shut because of the water going out of control. I wonder how
it happened? I asked myself. Then it began. The storm was picking up speed and it might
cause damage to our town. I can only hope that it will end but nothing is lucky in my town.
It's been 6 months since the outbreak and still we have to use anything to clear water for
cars to drive. It's been hard and I still don't know...

  1. Oh dear Sophia, you sound so uncertain about the present, as well as the future life of your town. We certainly have had a lot of storms recently, but I trust that the people in charge will do the right thing and ensure that you are all safe.
