Week #23 (2) - Sean

 “Ow!” said the octopus. “I have a toothache!” Suddenly a pirate ship was heading towards the octopus and his family. There was a man on the ship, supposably a pirate. He had a greyish white cloak, dark blue jeans and a hat with a skull on it. Yep. Definitely a ‘gentle’ pirate.


“Ahoy there, All hand hoy!” “...” said the silenced octopus. “Get on board! What are you doing!” The octopus said “I-I-I can’t. I live in the water” “You blue bobblehead! Scram!” The pirate got so mad that he was springing up and down and even smashed his own piano!

One sunny morning I was walking down the street with my dog Lily when I saw a huge, yellow and red striped tent.  I thought to myself, “what could it be?”  Suddenly I heard laughter coming from inside the weird thing.  I was amazed by the sight when I entered the room, it was a circus!  Then the crowd erupted with laughter.  “Haha, so funny”.  I quickly grabbed a seat near the exit, and told Lily to be quiet so she wouldn't get sent out.  One long lasting hour went by while we were in the tent eating buttered popcorn!

Week #23 (2) - Maddie

  The gentle ocean sea was rushing at my feet.The sun was setting in the horizon. Today was the day that the majestic white octopus was expected to play the piano. He plays every 100 years. I  was going to be one in a million to see this amazing animal. While I was waiting, I watched a flower springing. This flower was beautiful. I waited for the octopus. He was very late. I was starting to lose hope, then it happened. This was the most beautiful thing! One day this may happen for someone else, a very lucky person like me.

Week #29 - Gian

It was Christmas Eve and my Dad said he wanted to have a new car for Christmas. We said it was impossible for Santa to give us that. Well, he still wrote it down on his gift list! He said he wanted a grey car with five seats. Later that night we heard a loud BANG on our roof. We checked it out but there was nothing. The next morning it was Christmas. After receiving our gifts my brother and I went outside to play on our scooters, and that’s when we saw it - a grey car, IN OUR ROOF!!
